All Ecolighting products come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal use failures. For outdoor products, the warranty includes weather resistance as specified in product descriptions. Extended warranty options are available for select products.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Return shipping is free for defective products.
